I came here to make my night guard. The first try, the guard couldn’t even fit in my teeth. The second try, I can put it in but I can’t even close my mouth while wearing it. Dr.Kevin said if I want to make another one - I have to pay extra. But it should be the doctor’s responsibility to make the night guard fit. It’s just horrible since I wake up in the morning everyday with my throat and mouth extremely dry because I can’t close my mouth with the night guard. I don’t know why it’s hard for this clinic to make such a basic thing. I have made night guards with different doctors and never had problems. And now I have to wait for 2 years to get a replacement by the health insurance otherwise I have to pay for the doctor’s mistake. Can’t recommend!

I had a great experience at this clinic. I visited for a massater botox and the whole experience was great. The doctor was very professional , yet very cool and sincere. He explained all the procedure long enough, was very gentle at giving the shots. Also the treatment certainly worked for me. Highly recommend!

I can definitely recommend this clinic. The doctors here are kind, friendly, and always eager to explain everything in detail. The dental implant process went smoothly. Also, the fillings, professional cleaning, and wisdom teeth removal went without any problems. In particular, I want to recommend Dr. Marlon Torsten and Dr. Kevin Schudlich.

I've been going to this dentist for a few years now and they're really great. Recently had a wisdom tooth operation with them, always felt I was in good hands and received a very high standard of care. They even automatically scheduled a check-up 24 hours after the operation itself, just to check things were going to plan. Conveniently located near Hauptbahnhof as well, would recommend to anyone considering switching dental provider.

I gave 5 stars because there are no 6-7-8 stars! If you have any experience with any doctor’s office in Berlin, you’ll understand how hard it is to find an appointment. But one can live with that. To find the competence, friendliness and the professionalism you need when you’re feeling vulnerable is the real problem. At Berlin Smile you’ll have all of these since the first minute. Everything goes as smooth as it can be and you’ll have the exact treatment you need. Everybody at Berlin Smile from reception, nurses to doctors will do their best to make you feel better in no time. Our family’s doctor is Dr Torsten and I cant’t describe how lucky we all feel to know him. He’s always smiling, comforting, detail oriented and always makes time for his patients. He’s done every possible dental treatment for me and each one of them is flawless. Literally perfect. We are grateful to know such a good doctor. Berlin Smile is a 100% recommendation.
