Went there for the Valentine's day 4 course menu. The ambience was nice but we were sat at a table next to a large gap in the wall with a freezing cold draft (pictured) Course 1: A sorbet drink which was lovely. Course 2: Cheese with honey on a bed of spinach with bread. They forgot the honey on my girlfriend's cheese. Course 3: Surf and Turf. The beef steaks were beautifully seared, but the meat was tough and stringy. The potatoes were cold. The shrimps didn't seem very fresh. The pulled pork and coleslaw were amazing though. Course 4: Hot brownies and ice cream. Not much to get wrong here, except the brownies were cold out of the fridge. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of tables. I would hold my hand up for minutes at a time with no service. Eventually one of the chefs served us. Our time spent there was 2.5 hours. For 2 people and 2 bottles of water, the bill came to 131.80 eur, a huge bill considering the poor quality of food and service. Will not go again

Nice-looking restaurant and the waiters were polite, but the service was extremely bad overall. We were not greeted or seated and had to find a table ourselves. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to us. After ordering, we waited 20–30 minutes for wine and starters and almost 50 minutes for the main courses. There were only three waiters for an almost full restaurant, and they clearly couldn’t handle it. Three tables that arrived after us got their food and finished eating while we were still waiting. Dirty dishes were not cleared. On a positive note, our waiter was very polite and helpful. He knew the menu well, explained the differences between steaks and wines, and helped us choose appropriately. The food was mixed: the burger was okay, but I got the end piece of the onion that is usually discarded. The fries were not fresh, and the steak was overcooked and completely unseasoned. Instead of enjoying our anniversary, we spent two hours mostly waiting. Very disappointing. We will not come back.

We waited almost an hour for our food, which was far too long! The restaurant claims to serve Black Angus beef, but the quality and flavor did not meet that standard. Service was slow and inefficient, and considering the prices, the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

We ordered the dry aged burger, chateaubriand, truffle mash, mushrooms, and veggies. Pros: beautiful views on the river, they gave us and other tables complimentary prosecco and bruschetta. The Châteaubriand was well flavored and tender. Cons: It was a pretty pricy meal. The burger was a miss, with limp, anemic, bacon, and over sauced mayo aioli. Also why was the cheese not melted on the burger. The mushrooms were seasoned with cinnamon??? Such a strange flavor pairing. The wait times for service can be longer because it's a busy restaurant.

We stopped in here without a reservation to get a bite in Würzburg. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. At first, the inner dinning area was not full but after 30 minutes all tables were occupied. We were greated with a free secco or mixed drink of choice. Then we got a complimentary "gruss from the kitchen" which was bread and homemade "frischkäse". We were already full from the Aperitif and free bread with spread. Our burgers were okay and value for money was okay. Dessert was delicious and well presented. Would recommend if you need to eat somewhere on the riverside without a reservation
