I’ve been a customer of this salon for about 4 years and continued going even after they moved to Ostbahnhof, despite the long commute for me. Unfortunately, over the past two years, I’ve noticed a clear decline in both service quality and overall friendliness. I recently booked a last-minute French pedicure (€75), expecting a professional and relaxing experience. Instead, the service was disappointing from the start. I wasn’t offered water or tea, and the interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly. The pedicure was done by Anastasiia, and the experience was not acceptable. When I showed a reference photo and asked for a medium-thickness French, she seemed irritated and did not communicate clearly or check in with me during the process. During the pedicure, I was cut multiple times, which led to visible bleeding. This should not happen during a professional service. The final result was uneven and much thinner than requested, and no effort was made to confirm whether I was satisfied before proceeding. I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years now, and it’s the best I’ve found in Munich. The quality is always top — totally worth the price. Big thanks to all the girls! I can book with anyone and always get a perfect manicure. Highly recommend!

That’s the ugliest nails I had. Everything was fine during the process, she showed me the french line on the pinkie finger and it was lovely. After that, I didn’t see the french until the end. I didn’t say anything cause I was shocked of how ugly they are. They don’t even have the same shape. As well, I don’t have time to stay to fix them. These are the photos after 5 minutes from leaving the salon. I never leave bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I came here because the salon I was going before closed. I attached the photo I showed for reference, from their reviews and I said I want the same.

Loved my maniucure here and will 100% come back and never go anywhere else! I had my nails done at an Asian place before and the difference in quality is huge! The nails feel super natural, they didn’t hurt me (I have super sensitive nails), even when removing the Acryl from before. Thank you and see you soon 🥰

This is a really nice, cosy and clean studio. The ladies work always very clean and very carefully. I love the nails. I have been there already quite a few times and will continue going.
