During these unstable times, there are lots of changes to flight itineraries. Some terrible flight ticket websites (for example, WAYA and the flight companies such as Wizz just want to make money and don't care about their customers' losses and inconveniences. This makes it especially important to purchase travel insurance in advance. BD24 Berlin Direkt Versicherung AG has always provided me with wonderful support whenever I have needed it. They are really trustworthy and helpful.

A month later I received a letter that they will reimburse me for the new tire after getting a nail in mine. The new tire I bought from reifen.com I also bought this insurance. Careful on the Frankfurt roads!

Unfortunately, this insurance that I have been paying for 2 years for my 2 dogs ( aproximately 90 euros month) , did not comparticipate the 20% of an expenditure of 600 euros, because each act is below 250 euros. Also they are very hard to get in contact or answer really really late. For one ot the other dogs, I inadvertently did not pay one month automatically and then when I realized ( days after) I could not pay anymore and lost it, despite the 2 prior years of examplar monthly payment. I definitely Not recommend.

I submitted a claim with this insurance and they reimbursed me correctly for the tires, but €30 less than the total invoice because, as stated in the policy, the coverage does not include mounting. That part is understandable. However, the process took more than three months, which was quite frustrating. While the staff was polite and the reimbursement eventually arrived, I wish the process had been faster. Overall, the service works, but be prepared for a long wait.
