Good products, terrible customer service. 6 people working in the collections: returns department- all except 1 ignoring the customers. Finally got served- the woman was about as rude & unhelpful as she could be. Welcome to Bauhaus Munich.

Be careful when renting from here. They will charge you for an extra 4 hours even if you are only a few minutes late. On top of that, they don’t even bother to tell you that you're late, let alone ask if you'd actually like to use the time you're being forced to pay for. When I asked to extend my rental by a day instead of paying the 4-hour penalty, they told me they couldn’t revert the charge and that I had to contact a different company. Quite unprofessional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at BAUHAUS. I went there looking for a 6mm screw for my house, and honestly, I had no idea where to find it because the store is so big and overwhelming for someone like me who is not familiar with tools and hardware. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to guide me properly, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed for asking questions. As a woman shopping alone for home repair items, I truly appreciated the respect and support they showed me. Excellent customer service, very friendly team, and such a positive experience overall. Thank you so much for your help — people like you really make a difference!

They fired all the people that work here. And now they have a computer to search for your product, but if you don’t know the name of your product, what good is that. and you can’t find anything you need anymore so good luck. I used to come here a lot, and it was my favorite in Munich never again.
