I will keep it short and simple - they know what they are doing and Ms Stelzer goes beyond norm to find the best possible deal out there. German mortgages are complex thanks to extremely conservative banking setup and Ms Stelzer made it quite easy for me. Very open & professional communication. I'd highly recommend. You'd rarely see a perfect review score in Germany, that says something about Ms Stelzer.

The company Baufismart is absolutely recommendable for construction financing. Without the excellent expertise of Ms. Stelzer, we would not have dared to start this project of buying an apartment. Already in the first video conference, Ms. Stelzer took away all our fears through her knowledge but also her extremely sympathetic and open manner and very patiently responded to our needs. She always responded to our inquiries within half a day, was constantly available by phone and reassured us whenever we lost the overview. Thanks to Ms. Stelzer, we were able to move into our beautiful apartment last weekend and are now paying off the loan instead of paying rent. That is a really good feeling. At the same time, Ms. Stelzer's advice and help is completely free of charge, since she finances herself through the banks. Nevertheless, we never had the impression that she wanted to impose a particular credit institution on us. Ms. Stelzer has developed a tool for her company Baufismart that offers the best loan agreement for one's circumstances. She shares this tool online, so that you can see for yourself what changes when you adjust the individual parameters. This way we also learned a lot

Mr. Koenigs helped me and my wife to understand the overall process, clarified every open points promptly. I would recommend Baufismart and Mr. Koenigs to my friends in case they need such kind of consultant.
