Bought a machine from Baresta 5-ish years ago, very happy with the machine, but also with the excellent customer service that has help keep it running so well.

Amazing coffee selection, especially if you love Italian roasted beans. Very friendly staff, even opened the store outside of their official opening hours because they saw me standing there sad. PayPal payments accepted & very easy to use.

Bought my grinder from there along with a couple of accessories. I had a small consultation regarding different topics at the shop but ordered online for in-store pick-up, which was delivered much faster than original delivery date. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and offer many tips and tricks to get the most out of the purchased product. Can't wait till the cafe is back running to try their coffee.

fantastic staff, slightly messy show room, great customer service and advice to help choose the right coffee machine. the entrance is difficult to find, parking is almost impossible and you can't try the coffee because of covid at the moment though!

Very good coffee for a decent price, strong and full-bodied. They also offer a wide selection of coffee beans.
