Contacting their used car sales team has proven to be impossible. I have been sending request via mobile.de and their website with no success. I have called many time and all I get is their AI assistant who can connect you to the sales team but when they don't pick up the phone, you get the AI assistant again....in other word you get stuck in a loop. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism from a BMW dealership.

Purchased a BMW X5 from them and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Amadeus Salvadori was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process, providing all the information I needed. Highly recommended!

Very professional and reliable service. Communication with the sales manager A.S. was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and the car. Thank you!

Horrible horrible experience!!! After buying the 4 series convertible and paying for it, they let me know the car had damage before. Not a big deal but okey. After telling me I have guarentee, they tell me i dont have guarentee after paying for the car since i export it. Same with the VAT, had to wait for almost a month to get it back and had to threaten with legal steps to get it back. They, on purpose delay the proces hoping you will let it go. I had to sent the paperwork by mail and email, what the hell?! Sending an email and them printing it out was not possible, i had to print it in the Netherlands and sent it to them by lokomotive. Are we in 2026 or 1926? Disgusting how they treat somebody buying a car there, like you buy a bycicle somewhere in an alley. Especially arrogant mr Amadeus. Dont believe the positive reviews; propbably from the workers thenselves. I would advise people to stay far away, that way you end up in Nürnberg and maybe get a better treatment. One star because its the minimum, would rather give 0 stars

I purchased a BMW X4 from them, and besides the fact that the car is in excellent condition, the services provided by Amadeus Salvadori exceeded all expectations. He helped us obtain the registration plates so we could leave immediately with the car, without having to stay an extra night there. In addition, on the day we were supposed to pick up the car, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10:00 PM. Mr. Salvadori came in during his personal time on a Friday evening to hand over the car. This was completely unexpected, and I have rarely encountered such a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended — 10/10.
