Interraction with the lady at the reception totally nightmare. She was very rude after recognizing that they mixed up my appointment. No solution, just „come again in another day“. So another 100km go and back trip. Did not even wanted to bother taking my time and give them any feedback because a service provider with such frustrated staff should not exist. But next day, the guy at the service was very polite and customer-orientated and this made me changing my mind! This is to me another prove that hiring wrong peoples can ruin your business.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were quick to respond and find the best solution for fixing my vehicle. They worked with me to find the fastest and most cost efficient solution. The mechanics did excellent work! I will be taking my vehicle here anytime I need something done with it!

Friendly staff. Even though I don’t speak German, they helped me through the process of getting a recall fixed on my Toyota. They even washed my car afterwards.

I would like to appreciate the good service that was accorded to us when our car broke down in Regensburg a city that we weren’t very familiar with having come from another city(passau).special recognition to mr Robert Bischof for the warm customer service and the lady who drove us back and forth...The entire team we are highly appreciative for the good work and Toyota in general will always be family...five star service...
