We’ve been in contact with Jan and he’s been amazing to help us get all the documentation rea de for export to Andorra. He was very kind to pick us up from the airport, show us around and make the purchase process very smooth. In addition to that he played along on the surprise we had planned for our kids on the purchase of the car. I will be definitely buying all my future vehicles from him and Autohaus Kunzmann.

I recommend it. Communication and handling were great. Mr. Leitenberger handled everything with us as needed and quickly.

We were traveling from the Czech Republic back to England with our large dog when we broke down in Germany in the middle of the night. Künzmann Aschaffenburg provided absolutely amazing service. They rescued us from the motorway and even found a hotel for us at 1 AM, where our big dog was also welcome. The next day, they repaired our car quickly and professionally, so we could continue our journey without much delay. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support during such a stressful time. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpfull staff, but unfortunately dissatisfied with the expertise of the professionals. Our car was towed to this garage after a breakdown on the way to Belgium. After one day of waiting at a hotel, the car was repaired (according to the garage), so we picked up the car and paid the invoice, but 80 km further on the car went into emergency mode, the same problem occurred. The same story had to start all over again, late at night with three small children in the car... Returning to this garage was no longer an option (however they expected us, thank you for that), we followed instructions from our insurance. Although we asked for a compensation of the amount paid, we did not get any feedback on that.

Ordered and received broken merchandise. Return was denied. It was obvious that the broken parts were sent-out that way as pieces of them were found in different plastic bags of other parts. Parts were also preassembled, maybe had already been returned once before... Pictures attached. Customer service is almost non-existent. Highly NOT recommended shop!
