Giving a score of 1 as I cannot give a 0. On their site I searched for a luxury car to rent by selecting the filter luxury/cabrio and saw an offer for a mystery car from Enterprise at a very reasonable price for a luxury car in the list where I slay saw Mercedes C-class and Jaguar F as options. Full of excitement to see what I would get I went to Enterprise and to my big surprise got a Citroën C3. Not that it's a bad car, but I could have booked that class at 1/3 of the price I booked for my mystery car under the luxury/cabrio filter. Enterprise confirmed this was the right car for the class Autoeurope had booked with them, so I tried to call Autoeurope where first time I got disconnected without ever speaking to an operator and second time my company wasn't taken serious, I should send an email with my complaint and evidence and then the operator just hung up without giving me any contact information. Through Instagram I found an email address of their sales, but after 3 weeks I have had 0 response. This is the worst ever customer service and if this class was really what I booked, then this is misleading advertisement. DON'T BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MO

Do NOT Book through AUTOEUROPE. Old days when you had 24Hrs Customer Service is gone ( prior 2025 ). Now they take your money, and do not reply to any calls, emails or claims. Is not a scam, but very close to this. I recently rented a car in Italy, they didn't give a ... about my booking with AUTOEUROPE , so i had to pay twice for same car - of course there was no one to get in touch with

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AUTO EUROPE. They are a completely useless broker that takes your money and abandons you the second something goes wrong. I booked a car rental for my trip to Sardinia through Auto Europe (fulfilled by Ecovia/Autovia), and the entire process was a nightmare: Zero Customer Support: They are completely unreachable. There is no real way to get support when you actually need it. I sent emails before my trip with basic questions and received zero response. Zero Accountability: When Ecovia failed to provide the two child seats I had booked, leaving us stranded to source our own. Auto Europe was not reachable at all to help or resolve the issue. Misleading Vehicle Listings: The car images and details shown on Auto Europe’s website do not accurately match what the rental company actually provides or what is listed on the supplier's own site. Auto Europe is just a middleman taking a cut while offering zero service, zero communication, and zero protection for customer safety or bookings. Save your money and book directly with a reputable company instead.

Terrible experience with Flex To Go Munich. Reaching the office was already a nightmare: difficult shuttle pickup and then a 20-minute drive far away from the airport to an isolated location. The employee (“Michal”) was extremely aggressive and unprofessional from the beginning. We saw him arguing with other customers before us, who left without a car despite having paid. Then the same happened to us. We provided all required documents (ID, physical licence, international permit, credit card), but he kept inventing excuses to deny the rental. When we checked our booking details on a phone, he suddenly accused us of taking photos and became threatening and intimidating, even leaving the counter and shouting in another language. We ended up without the prepaid car and stranded far from the airport with no help or solution offered. Completely unacceptable customer service. Avoid.

Booking honored on paper, hidden upsell on arrival. The AutoEurope voucher requires "a credit card issued by a bank." My Visa Ultim from Boursorama Bank has CREDIT printed on it and is issued by an ACPR-licensed bank - both conditions met. Still refused at the counter by their partner Dryyve (Rabat) on a criterion not written in the contract: 968 MAD forced on me as an "Excess Purchase" I never asked for, while CDW and TP were already included. Signed under duress. Complaint filed: refused, then dossier closed with no reply on the substance. Avoid.
