It has been a very pleasant purchasing experience. We went with Skoda and Mr.Sagolla has been very attentive to our requirements. From arranging for the test drive to recommendations for purchase, it has been quite transparent. The car had an initial waiting period of 4 months, but we got the car in 2.5 months. We were also additionally updated upon request at each stage of the purchase until delivery. The delivery was also quite smooth, with the registration process being totally handled by the dealer. Additionally, since we received the delivery one month before the end of Winter months, they also offered to store the Summer tires until the end of the season, free of cost. Can only recommend doing business with Auto und Service PIA GmbH!

We went there to ask about two different Skoda models. Exceptional customer experience: we were welcomed as we entered, we explained why we were there and were then left in peace as we checked out the two different models. Once we had questions, Michael Hiepp came over to help us. Michael was an exceptional listener. He clearly listened to understand what we valued in a car, and then made fitting suggestions as well as helped us understand, based on our needs, which vehicles would be best for us. Unfortunately the current selection of vehicles didn't exactly fit what we were looking for. Can highly recommend even if just browsing.

My wife and I went there to just check out and ended up buying a new car. Bernardo di Rosa took over, the job to consult us, and think of options to suit our needs. We could feel direct and honest approach, the chances, the options to save money were explained really well. Skoda buyers need it :) He could consult us about the choice of accessories and drive trains too in a fair way. I understand cars, and know that the provided recommendations were in our best interest. We've got two cars to test without problems. The first car was not up to our taste, and Bernardo hijacked a personal cat of his colleague, to serve us the right test drive :) We ordered a new car with the options we needed. The car came one month earlier. We got exactly what we wanted. The PIA dealership also gave us a few inexpensive but meaningful extras for free. Bernardo was on the emails with us a lot. Many thanks for that. We exchanged like 30 emails until everything was settled (from the test drives, to the winter tires and pick up). The car greeted is in the show room. Bernardo again was personally there. We went through the complete set up. He explained all the features of the car to my wife and me (m

I was using this car garage due to broken engine part. The approach of this service was very kind, and even though it was busy and crazy part of the year (Covid, just ahead of Easter holiday) they found the time, identify the issue and fixed it within 24 hours. The communication was on high level and even though the prices were high, they fixed the car very quickly.
