I had an excellent experience with Kristin Cats at Auto und Service CUPRA. She made the entire process, from the initial decision-making and leasing procedures all the way through to the final handover of the car, incredibly smooth and stress-free. An additional plus she speaks english , to a foriegner who cant speak much german this is a super plus ☺️ What really impressed me was her depth of knowledge. She was able to explain the financing and leasing details clearly, helped me finalize my Sonderausstattung, and during the handover she took the time to explain the car’s features in detail. She also demonstrated an impressive understanding of the technical side of the vehicle, including current features as well as upcoming developments and functionalities. It was clear that Kristin genuinely knows her products and takes the time to understand what the customer needs rather than simply focusing on making a sale. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable. We recently purchased a Cupra Terramar and had an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to Kristin Cats for her incredible support. She was amazingly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. ​A few things that stood out: * ​Communication: Kristin kept us consistently informed at every stage of the ordering progress, making the journey transparent and stress-free. * ​Language Flexibility: While we are able to speak German, there were several occasions where it was simply easier for us to switch to English. Kristin was incredibly accommodating and shifted between languages without any issue. * ​Going Above and Beyond: We had a specific challenge where we had to return a leased car of a different brand and needed our new Terramar immediately after. Kristin managed to get the car registered in the city perfectly on time and was extremely flexible with our appointment date. Great Cupra service partner. Everything is well streamlined starting from booking an appointment to handover. “Wartung und Inspektion” is definitely time&money-saver. The car was returned serviced and cleaned. Appreciate it.
