Terrible brand and worse service. This place has become what you would typically call a bureaucratic hell hole. Due to incapable management the service cost are so unrealistically high that the customer is the one paying for it. I was glad I went somewhere else. Better service and even cheaper. 🤯

Worst costumer service I ever experienced in my life! Had my Audi A4 there 3 times for the same problem, it's been a year and literally one of their colleagues said it has a problem with the quattro because the whole car shakes and it makes a lot of noise on every turn. But whenever the service gets to test drive it they say there is nothing wrong with the car and I can go take the car. So I told them I will go and drive the car for a bit because the problem doesn't appear when the car is cold and come back to show them what the problem is (basically do their job). They agreed. I traveled 50min with bus took the car drove it for 40min to Feldkirchen and back. When I arrived they told me that nobody can come out and see the car. So I wasted 2 hours for nothing and I had to take the car back home and continue driving it like that until 19th of August when they have free appointment and I can bet that they will again say the car is fine and fix nothing. Also I have limited kilometers (900km) to drive it because it also has a AdBlue problem after 900km the car won't start. So until 19th of August I can't go anywhere further than Munchen. Update: It has been almost 3 weeks since I wrote an e-mail to the Mrs. from Audi about my problem. No response so far. I bought Audi A6 here. They wanted me to pay fast. Car was very dirty during hand over. After a few days, problem occured. I had to visit official dealership and provide an official paper about the problem. Very long communication. They doupted the cost for repair offered by an official dealership and offered just a car return for awfull conditions. Very disapointed!

Dear all, I usually dont give reviews but here I have decided to spend some time to write one, I had been coming to Audi Hochstr. since 2017. And I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with all of the staff starting from the reception, to your dedicated manager and to the leadership team. I had service and some other repair work for one of the most lastest and complex Cars - A7 (PHEV), and it was handled very professionally and all the expected work was done within time. I am a bit surprised at some of the negative reviews from customers which seems mostly a communication or clarification problem from the customer's end. I say this because I also had some concerns over some small things and it took some time but all the concerns were met with fairness and professionalism and I came out completely satisfied. I would request customers to have a clear communication with Audi Hochstr and I can bet that your concerns will be heard and resolved fairly..!!! Thanks to all the team especially Mr. A. M. who was my immediate contact and also to the whole team including the leadership Mr. A. W. who listened to my concerns and worked with me together to explain and resolve all concerns
