We received outstanding service from Mr. Hamberger at Audi München Trudering. He took the time to show us all the special features of both the Audi Q3 and Q5 and answered every one of our questions clearly, professionally, and with great patience. His expertise and guidance contributed greatly to our decision-making process. Thank you very much for the friendly and professional support — highly recommended!

I had a really great experience with Audi Zentrum München Trudering. From the beginning, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process via both email and phone calls, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated the most was that they didn’t just focus on the service itself — they also guided me properly regarding the 2-year service package contract, explaining how it not only covers future services but can also be financially beneficial in the long run. A special thanks to Mr. Yahya Karabulut, who was very knowledgeable, polite, and transparent throughout the process. He even explained the serviced parts using photos, which gave me a lot of confidence and clarity, especially since my car is a fairly complex Audi A7 Plug-in Hybrid. All issues were resolved in a very professional and efficient manner. I have already visited Audi Zentrum München Hochstraße and Autohaus Werndl GmbH & Co as well, and honestly all of them were good experiences. But sometimes you just have that one "favorite place" where everything simply “clicks” perfectly — and for me, that was Audi Trudering with Mr. Yahya

This dealership is one of the best I’ve been. The stuff is very polite and friendly. Speaking English is not an issue. My issue was fixed very professionally and effectively. I highly recommend this place.

We are new customers of audi, as we bought this 9 years old Q5 lately, we brought it for general inspection at Audi Trudering where Mr Oliver Kümmel greeted us after he quickly inspected the car. Mr Kümmel was very transparent and gave us his recommendations and options. We opted for a maintenance leasing contract for a 2 years period, and it is "worth every penny" 👌
