So glad I found Aubergine Tattoo! Craig is a great artist and person who will make you feel fully at ease. I first came by without appointment one day to check the vibes and do a small price consultation, and I was lucky that he was inside and took me in with full on kindness, went through my idea, and started sketching and printing different design options without commitment. Five minutes in and I was fully convinced this was the right place to get it done. The tattoo day was amazing too, Craig made the process feel like hanging out with a good acquaintance rather than a transaction. Of course, the tattoo itself came out great, right as I had envisioned it. He took concern for giving his opinion on how to make it look the best, while fully listening to me and making adjustments with 0 rush. It totally made my day. I can't recommend this studio enough to anyone looking to get a new tattoo, whether the first or just the next.

One of the best studios for tattooing in my POV. Did my 5th custom-designed tattoo there. Had Craig, who is super nice and friendly, make my tattoo. He asked the right questions, made the process of inking easier and I had a great time while we sat for almost 10hours to do implement it. Going for my 6th tattoo there again!

Craig was fantastic; he did tattoos for both me and a friend and we had a great experience, both really happy with the results. Excellent customer service too, very highly recommend! Everyone should get a tattoo from here!

First of all, I am very happy and grateful that i found Aubergine Tattoo by chance via Instagram. I was browsing through the posts and was amazed by Craig's beautiful art and his great charisma. That was when we got in touch and made an appointment to discuss my long-cherished plan to get a new tattoo. The atmosphere in the studo is warm and clean and very welcoming. Additionally it turned out that Craig is the kindest guy I have met in a very long time. What we ended up with after one hour didn't seem to resemble my original idea at all, but Craig knew how to read me and together we put something together that is outstanding (in my humble opinion ;-)). A few days ago we started the project by placing the elements and by tattoing the outlines. I totally trusted Craig when we began, so I could try to relax while he was tattoing ahead. We were talking and laughing and we were silent and i felt completely at ease. When we were ready, I almost couldn't believe what had been created in the previous five hours. Great experience at Aubergine about a month ago! It was freezing outside but it was such a warm welcome, great people with great aura! Daniel took care of me, very knowledgeable and patient and great to talk to - I really felt comfortable. My most important requirement was to have someone who understands skin and differences in skin colour. Many tattoo artists, especially in Berlin, lack knowledge of how to tattoo darker skin so it was extremely important to find someone who knew what they are doing. I loved it! Will be going more often in the future!
