Had a great experience with Astracab for moving our bags from one destination to another. The booking process was quick and hassle-free, and the driver arrived right on time. Our luggage was handled with care throughout the trip, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Fair pricing, friendly service, and zero stress — exactly what you want when you’re relocating your bags in a hurry. Would definitely recommend Astracab and will be using them again for future moves!

I gave 5 stars because they met the quality service that I am looking for a transport service, let me explain in details. 1. Convenient Online Registration I just chose the size of the Van that I need for the amount items that need to transport, there are M, L, XL. 2. Excellent communication After I registered and received the estimated amount of fee. They Called me to confirm the specific date of transfer and Items to be transffered. 3. Personnel is Nice and Punctual - They are Proffesional and arrived in specific location and time that I Orgnized. 4. Value for Money -Acceptable fair price, no hidden charges like compare to the traditional transport service that if they had difficulties to find Parking or there are additional boxes they will charged you for a huge amount. Additional: I booked 3 days before the day of the transfer/ relocation. It is considered late notice but they still managed to give me the service without extra fees. I will recommend it to my Friends. I am really satisfied with the service.

Top-notch delivery and service! The entire process was seamless and efficient. Highly recommended for everything from single-item moves to full-scale relocations. Both the owner and the driver were super helpful and professional. Their communication is rock-solid and punctual. If they give you a 40-minute estimate, they stick to it. Hope to see these features in the future: - Expand the driver network. - Enable real-time driver tracking and ETA on the website. - Introduce low-cost options for small items (e.g., cake or document delivery). P.S. As a frequent Lalamove user in Taiwan, AstraCab feels like the Lalamove of Germany! 2026/07

Excellent service from start to finish! Chingis was incredibly helpful in arranging my ride, customizing everything to my needs, and making the whole process quick and flexible. I was able to book a transporter within just 1.5 hours, which is impressively fast, especially in Munich. The driver was also excellent—very polite, helpful, and professional, and the ride went smoothly. I can definitely recommend this company if you’re moving or need to transport large or bulky items. Great experience overall!

My friend recommended AstraCaB to me, and what a lifesaver it was! I had totally underestimated this move and requested a single loader whom I can help and a medium size van. Turned out my stuff needed a large van and two loaders considering that my old place only has a parking lot very far from the apartment, and my new place is in the 4th floor with no elevator 😭. Still, the service management and loaders handled the situation very professionally and perfectly! The move took around 1hr40mins instead of the base 1hr. But in the end I am very satisfied with everything, the communication pre-and-post move, the careful handling of the items by the loaders, and of course the price as well. I will definitely use this service again in the future, and I recommend it to everyone.
