Michael Nogolica was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. He accomplished the impossible. Over time he became a friend that I can ask anything and he will have the answer. I am very happy with all of his hard work and highly recommend him and his office. Thank you Michael. You are awesome. Best wishes

We searched for a house in Würzburg almost a year. We’ve talked with many real estate agents, but either we did not get a response or we could not make any progress regarding the possible houses. We feel so lucky to crossed paths with Engel Völkers but especially with Michael Nogolica. We’ve talked with him only once and he came to us with 2 house offers within a very short term. Both of them fully met our expectations and we chose the house that was suitable for our desired location and budget, and we settled in our new house in a short time with the support of Michael. Michael was so professional and very helpful from the moment we met. In a single meeting, he fully understood our expectations and forwarded us the most suitable offers. He was always available when we called, including weekends. He answered and supported all of our questions patiently and in detail. Even after we moved, he continued to support us and answer our questions. It was very valuable for us that he could speak fluent English. We are very pleased to work with the most professional and best real estate agent in Würzburg. Thanks once again to Michael.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Kilian Krämer on both the buyers’ and sellers’ side and were impressed with his professionalism, humor, and advice. He just sold a flat for us and achieved the rare balance where all parties were pleased with the outcome. Kilian was an order of magnitude above & beyond the other Würzburg realtors that we’ve worked with. Many thanks!

Our realtor was Kilian Kramer. He was really fantastic and got the price for our house that we wanted. His communication during the entire process and his ability to speak English was invaluable.
