Doctor Dierlich is a wonderful doctor. I had fought for years against seasonal pollen allergy, developing asthma and spending years on useless treatments. Dr Dierlich solved with a simple and precise treatment so that I always come back to him every year before the allergy season begins. He is also a great person to talk to, with knowledge in many areas that extend beyond medicine into art and history. Unlike most doctors I've been to in Germany, he sees you as an actual human being! Can only recommend!

I recently had a very strange and frustrating experience here. I’m new in Germany, and went to this doctor because he listed speaking English and accepting new patients. First appointments were normal, but on my recent appointment there was a problem with my TK card. I don’t know what the problem is, and said I’d need to call the English costumer support to figure it out. Same card I’ve been using, so I don’t know what the issue is. For some reason though the doctor started accusing me of trying to not pay my insurance, and telling me in an incredibly condescending and rude way that if he went to a foreign country he would have to pay his insurance too. It’s the same insurance card and account I’ve been using, and I’ll need to call support to find out what the problem is. Maybe there’s a problem in the system but as far as I know I have been paying for my TK insurance. For him to be that rude to me was so surprising through, and I left unceremoniously without the appointment or being able to refill my meds. One of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told that my health insurance was being rejected — not because of any issue on my end, but because the front desk didn’t know how to process it. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with my insurance company, who confirmed all my documents were in order. After all that, the reception casually informed me that the doctor I was supposed to see wasn’t even in — apparently out on a “family visit.” No one thought to notify me beforehand, even though they booked the appointment and had my contact info. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the doctor isn’t even going to be there? Complete lack of professionalism and communication. I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. The doctor is in a very strong internal position of "say no right away" - he is not looking for ways to help you - he is looking for ways to do as little work as possible and with a smile get rid of you as soon as possible right away by getting paid for the appointment. You literally have to force him to get some kind of attention. I needed vaccinations to study at an American university - he didn't even want to start with it, saying "that's too many vaccinations”. Patients in Praxis have complained about the uneven treatment of patients of different nationalities, I'm afraid this is also the case. Can’t imagine people writing positive comments.
