Many broken, essential functional machines, and the staff doesn't give ... to fix them... They doing something renovation but nothing changed since last December, now is middle of Juni and the Laim Studio completelly closed for more than 1 month so everyone and me too have to come here whose visited the Laim studio... That's how, all day all night is full ! It's a complete disaster. No warm water. No woman shower, normal cloakroom... if i can see my bestie as changing cloth, then others too... this builded barricade on the main floor is .... Absolutely no age nor person limit no etiquette, but at least everyone using their social media on benches regularly. So again, this is a complete disaster ! Otherwise i can go more far Großhadern studio, what is an another ... up ... or way more far beyond into the central, or other end of the city ? Noice ! I'm the dumbo because i pay for this... 🙃

One of the worst gyms; its equipment is broken, and if a piece of equipment breaks down, it takes months to fix. The branch has been undergoing renovations for a year and a half. And the management is extremely negligent and does nothing.

The only thing lacking in this gym is very few Mirrors. u can only find 2 Mirrors in entrance. We need to check ourselves while working out. We need to know we are working out in right form. I don't know why famous gym like Fitstar don't know the Basics.

I joined Fitstar in Munich about a year ago and trained there for roughly 2 weeks. I was recommended a monthly program for €84.98. Before leaving the country, I personally went to the branch, signed a cancellation form, and was clearly told everything was closed and settled. After a long time — and after multiple frustrating email exchanges — I was suddenly forced to pay an additional €400.41. In total, I ended up paying almost €500 for around 10 days of training, which I consider completely unreasonable and extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, this was a very negative and stressful situation. Be extremely careful, read every contract in detail, and make sure you have written confirmation of any cancellation. Personally, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before joining this chain.

I would say it’s an average gym. The equipment is good, but it’s getting broken so often and they need to fix it (sometimes takes weeks). The stuff is mostly nice, but sometimes they are being very cold to you. Like there is a bold guy with glasses at the reception. I forgot my bottle of water and asked where can I buy one. He said he can give me a paper cup and I can get water from the water machine but he said to me “But I want to warn you - don’t forget your bottle in the future”. Man, it’s for me to decide if I am gonna take it or not. I have a full membership with coffee included (that I actually NEVER drink) and I can get my paper cup whenever I want :) There is no group classes too, so probably full membership doesn’t worth it. I just don’t have a choice cause it’s a closest gym to my apartment and I don’t want to spend a lot of time to get there. But yet, overall, if you don’t have much choices and live in the outskirts of Munich - this option is good.
