Intimate space with a discerningly curated selection of books in English and German. I stumbled across it 3 years ago this July and return without fail anytime I'm back in Berlin. The folks here have guided me towards eclectic and special purchases across fiction, poetry, memoir, the social sciences, a cookbook and a few children's books. Once I bought a cap there, but I don't think that's a normal thing. Their branded tote is nice for people who like earth tones. Truly one of my favourite bookshops of all time. Please shop there so it continues to exist.

A gem of a bookstore near my hotel. Great English and German selection, and the owner is truly exceptional —warm, sharp, and endlessly knowledgeable. She doesn’t just recommend books; she opens doors to authors, ideas, and whole new reading paths - which makes choosing a book feel informed and meaningful. The back room rotates themed exhibitions every two months, each with a smartly curated mix of books and printed pieces. It’s a place that pulls you in and keeps you exploring. My go‑to spot in Berlin. Bought 5 books here. I’ll be back.
