Fast, friendly, and easy. We came in with our 3yo who was having stomach pain. Anmeldung triaged quickly and we saw them act very quickly with a family who came in with a child with a possible concussion. Very happy to have come to st. Joseph.

Horrendous. The doctor working the emergency room check-in finished their shift and left and nobody came to replace them at the Emergency room check-in...Think about that for a second. A father with his child and I waited for over 30 minutes and still nobody came. The info person told me that it means there was a shift change which means the hospital didn't plan to have a person come BEFORE the person working left their shift at THE EMERGENCY CHECK IN. Totally Insane. I had to leave to go some where else.

Definitely the worse emergency room I've ever been to. After waiting 5 hours and newcomers being treated before me I went to ask them if maybe they forgot about me and apparently I was supposed to be the next one on the list. 2 hours later I still have not been called by anyone and again people that arrived later were already being treated. So finally, I decided to leave and get somewhere where they are willing to heal people. PS: I was there for a potentially broken shoulder...

Been waiting for more than 5 hours with a potentially broken finger. Took 2 hours for a doc to spend 3 min with me to order an xray. Xray was done in 20 min and now still waiting 3 + hours to get a 5 min verdict if my finger is broken or not. In the meantime 3 other people with also potential broken ankles were seen before me - I do not get the priorisation in this emergency room. I can defintely not recommend coming here - try any other emergency room in berlin first

If you have some emergency, never come here. There are around 20 people waiting in the door of Emengecy. A women holds two babies and crying. When you ask the reception, the woman was really rude and just let you suffer.
