Unless you're a native-level German speaker, you'd have better luck getting help at a vet. I don't think I've experienced such disregard for another person in a long time, and to get it from a hospital... The nurse refused to talk more slowly, despite my German being somewhat OK and me asking politely to slow down a little. She just got up mid conversation and said 'komm', pointed me through a one-way door that closed behind me (the nurse had already left), with no idea where I was supposed to go. I was literally left in a random hallway with a broken bone and no one to ask for help. I left the hospital and had to go to another to get surgery, which I thankfully received elsewhere. The hospital had the nerve to get Google to remove the original review. Just goes to show again, what kind of place this is.

The doctors were very helpful, respectful, took me seriously and spoke perfect English. I only waited for 30 minutes before being admitted at 22pm. They did all bloodwork and ultrasound very quickly too.

Absolutely wonderful birth & aftercare experience! Everyone was very supportive, kind and caring. The hospital truly follows and prioritizes skin to skin, delayed umbilical cord clamping and overall bonding during the first 2 hours after birth! I have nothing but compliments to give to all the staff and am forever thankful for the experience I got with my second birth. It felt as if I was giving birth at home or a birthing center, not a hospital :) Thank you!

Had an inpatient surgery for an Achilles tear here. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes for my surgery to begin (the last hospital I went to I waited a few hours). Everyone was super nice (doctors and nurses), and even tried their best to speak English with me (I would say 80% of the staff spoke some English). The food was basic and decent (lunch was an exception, was super good both days). Also shared a nice room with one other person, who left earlier than me so I later had my own room. Public transport connections are also great, was able to take the tram home using crutches and a walking boot. Of course it helps to have some basic German like scheduling appointments, and food names. Would recommend going here if you need a common operation done!

One of the best hospitals in Berlin. I just gave birth 4 days ago and my labor was hard but I found here all the support and encouragement to make it. All the staff is super friendly and nice. Doctors are professionals at what they doing. The really took a very good care of me and my little one. I strongly recommend it.
