We left after 5 hours of waiting without getting any help with yellow (middle level) priority. First, it was saying 38min, but no, unfortunately, it’s not true.

Was treated by some of the most attentive and friendly doctors, nurses and students (who also do an incredible job!), who took great care of me. Yes, the waiting times can be long, but it is an emergency department and the staff does their absolute best to give everyone the best treatment.

We arrived around 22:00 and got taken in at 23.30 so I guess we got kind of lucky. It was pretty busy but all the employees were nice even though it was late and they were busy as hell. Sadly the water dispenser didn't work and the waiting room was a little dirty. All in all a pleasant experience even though I heard from some people that they had been waiting for 5 hours.

This is going to be a long story about my terrible experience in the emergency service. An ambulance brought me here at 21:30 with a broken swollen ankle. Since the emergency guy brought me inside and put me in a bed, no one came to me to do the first check-up. I begged 3 "nurses" to at least bring me ice because I am dying of pain. They go and never come back. They didnt give me ice, nor pain killers, they didn't even do a first check-up on me. How professional! especially when I can see them talking to each other, laughing, talking over the phone. The level of ignorance that I saw here is unimaginable. They are lucky that I was in pain otherwise I would have called the police. So around midnight finally someone came to do xray for me. half an hour later someone came to me to explain the severity of the injury, put the cast for me and gave me the crutches. Then he told me a nurse will come to explain everything, show me how to walk with the crutches, bring me outside with a wheelchair and call me a taxi. But no one showed up. I was screaming and no one heard me. At the end, around 02:30 I had to ask a "guest" for help. Luckily he was a nice guy unlike the nurses and stuff here. He

Long waits, yes. Partly chaotic conditions, yes. BUT I was able to experience the everyday life of these people up close for 7 hours - I don't want to swap places with them, the stress, the high number of patients who come in... Anyone who complains should work here for a single day. And despite everything, they all had a friendly tone, often comforting words. Respect!
