As I write this, I'm currently recovering from a nose operation as I had some major deviations that was causing so much problems, I needed surgery. I'm absolutely blown away by the amazing staff and service here. From the front desk, to the surgeon, anesthesiologists, to the nurses who run the floors, my experience so far has been fantastic. There's a wide variety of food options, all of which are important for post surgery recovery. Now to my stay. I was informed I could book a single room if I wanted, at an extra cost of 130€ per night. If you're able to afford this, and I understand that not everyone can, PLEASE do this for your own peace of mind. I could not comfortably stay in a room with 3 other people for two nights, so I opted for this. You'll notice I'm writing this review in English. My German isn't great; the staff are aware of this, and accommodate as best as they can. I very much appreciate it. Once again, to all the amazing staff at Klinik Josephinum, thank you for what you do on a daily basis.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Frau Dr. Sybille Wigand is an exceptional otolaryngologist. Dr. S. Wigand performed a septum correction and turbinate reduction surgery on me and I have been able to heal in under 4 weeks. Her approach allowed me to heal much faster than other folks I had spoken to who underwent the same surgery. Not to mention, my snoring has been substantially reduced and may even completely resolve itself once my nose is fully healed. The clinic is also very nice! Frau Dr. Herhaus is an amazing anesthesiologist. As a black woman, one of the nurses made slightly inappropriate comments about my hair and skin color. And the food wasn’t the best. But the other nurses were fantastic and my surgery went smoothly because of the incredible doctors who cared for me. You’ll be in good hands.

I had a great experience in the Klinik. The staff most of all stands out for their friendliness and humane treatment, food and facilities are also top notch. During my 3 days stay for my surgery I felt very well taken care of and comfortable. If needing a surgery (i hope you don't) definitely pick this place. There is this hard to explain charming atmosphere it has for a hospital

Very professional hospital. The staff is really friendly, the rooms and toilets are clean. The food is good for hospital standards. I didn’t face any issues and had a smooth operation & comfortable stay.
