I had the most wonderful experience at Yoga Mommy & Me! I attended both yoga and pilates in-person classes throughout my pregnacy and they really helped me with both my phyisical and mental health. When I started developing pain, I could always speak to one of the instructors who recommended specific exercises or other remedies to lessen the pain, and being in such a calm and relaxing environment really helped me stay grounded throughout my pregnancy. I also attended one of the birth preparation classes they offer and I found it to be incredibliy instructive, insightful and empowering. Thank you to all instructors and staff for making my pregnancy such a beautiful experience!!!

Terrible customer service. I'm an autistic indidual and I was denied access to my first class because I was late for 3minutes. There are 2studios and I made the mistake to enter the Reformer studio where there was noone to welcome guests and direct them I arrived 30minutes earlier, waited in the wrong studio waiting for someond to indicate me the right studio. I was at the right address but nobody was there to welcome me at the reformer studio and to tell me I was in the wrong studio. I then realised I was in the wrong studio myselg and went to the write one but I was denied access to the studio for a 3minutes delay. I then asked to cancel my new subscription at the studio to the lady because it made me feel unwelcomed but I was told I have to write an email and she couldn't do anything. Terrible customer service and terrible at welcoming new guests. Yoga includes the practice of Karma Yoga which I didn't find in this studio.

Just perfect! I’ve attended the prenatal yoga classes throughout my pregnancy and I’m now attending the Rückbildung yoga classes with Sandra and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a wonderful studio with very experienced and warm staff and the perfect combination between great yoga classes and a friendly atmosphere for both mamis and babies 💜

I really like it here! The teachers are nice, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the classes are effective. After a Yoga Mommy & Me class, I feel emotionally supported and relaxed, but physically tired in a good way. I enjoy both the lunch and evening classes to stay active and unwind.

The pregnant yoga classes are perfect, they are very safe and don't lack anything. The studio is so beautiful and stylish and clean! I enjoyed every minute ❤️
