München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. I attended Surya Kriya with Hans. It was a delightful experience. Hans provided clear guidance throughout and there was ample time to learn each part and Hans also corrected our mistakes after every lesson, ensuring we were practicing proper form. Overall, it was a well-structured and instructive session. I would like to thank Hans once again for his teaching 😁🙏

Wonderful learning experience! I did the Surya Kriya with Hans and enjoyed the teachings a lot. Hans was really good and pleasant and taught us all the steps patiently and methodically. It was a beautiful experience and I am looking forward to practicing it everyday and experience the beauty and effects on it on my life! I would highly recommend this course and Hans to anyone wanting to learn yoga. Thank you Hans :)

I attended 3 classes with Hans offered in Vienna. Very glad I did. Classical hatha yoga taught by Hans and Isha School is very different from usual Yoga classes I used to attend before. In the workshop we learnt the sequence of asanas, which I can practice on my own at home without the need to go anywhere. And I can feel the impact on my body and soul :). Hans is an excellent instructor and I appreciate a lot that he follows up after the class and provides his feedback to any questions we might have. Bhuta Shuddhi is different from traditional asanas practice, but even though I was sceptical about its effects, I feel much more grounded and calm after each practice. Fully recommended to attend workshops and classes of Hans.

Hans is a very professional and inspiring teacher. He did not just teach me Angamardana but he acted at the same time as a living example of how yoga can transform the body and mind of a human being. Thank you Hans for giving me sore muscles and a big bliss smile! I highly recommend a yoga course with Hans to everyone!

I attended the Surya Kriya workshop last weekend. I have attended other yoga sessions at different places before but my experience with this workshop has been truly wonderful. Hans Kirchner, the instructor was very inspirational and engaging and it was great to learn this practice from a teacher who is very insightful on the technique of Surya Kriya. The two day practice of Surya Kriya left me feeling great!
