Ich gehe sehr gerne zu Sabrinas Yogastunden. Die Stunden sind eine gute Mischung aus Bewegung und Entspannung und ich gehe mit einem angenehm ruhigen Gefühl nachhause. Auch für Anfänger geeignet!

Bei Sabrina habe ich mich vom ersten Moment an gut betreut gefühlt. Ihre Yogastunden tun einfach gut. Genau die richtige Mischung aus Entspannung und Bewegung. Nach jeder Stunde fühlte ich mich erholter und beweglicher. Sehr empfehlenswert!
