Yin & Breath hat mir Tränen der Liebe beschert. Der Raum wurde sehr professionell gehalten und ich konnte mich richtig entspannen. Die Kundalini Klasse war sehr „wholesome“. Ich bin froh, dieses Studio gefunden zu haben.

Sehr schönes Studio. Das Niveau der Stunden hängt leider sehr vom Lehrer ab. Eine Stunde bei der Inhaberin des Studios ist aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Früher schon oft in der Augustenstraße gewesen und jetzt wiederentdeckt – Regina und ihre Kollegen bieten anspruchsvolle Yoga-Praxis, die weit über reine Fitness hinausgeht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hab mich total wohl gefühlt dort. So, dass ich dort meine Yogalehrerausbildung angefangen hab. Was dann kam war total irre. Es haben in der Ausbildung regelmäßig Teilnehmer geweint, nicht weil es anspruchsvoll war, sondern wegen der Gespräche mit der Ausbilderin. Ich hatte das Gefühl in einer Sekte gelandet zu sein. Richtig und falsch wird dogmatisch von der Ausbilderin definiert. Und nur teilweise an den Yogaschriften angelehnt, je nach persönlichem Gusto der Ausbilderin. Man selbst soll sich auch an ihrer Auslegung orientieren. Andere Ansichten gibt es selten. Auf alle Fälle wird das Studio sehr extrem. Unterrichtsstunden in anderen Studios zu Besuchen wird stark getadelt, genauso anderen Sportarten nachzugehen. Wieso sollte man auch noch was anderes machen wollen wenn man Yoga hat? ;) Was ich jedem mitgeben kann ist, sehr genau nachzufragen, wie die Haltung der Ausbilder zu gewissen Themen ist (Esoterik, Psychotherapie, anderen Wesen, Monogamie, vegane Ernährung...) Die Yogastunden sind gut, man lernt echt viel und schnell. Für mich war der dogmatische Umgang ohne Mitgefühl der Grund die Ausbildung abzubrechen.

herausforderndes Jivamukti - Yoga aber auch tolle Basicstunden mit viel Erklärungen und Korrekturen. Das ganze noch in einer wie ich finde tollen Atmosphäre - klare Empfehlung! Gruß Volker
