I must say that I was sceptical at the beginning but the service was good and on time. The personnel just take the car documents and take the car for inspection. Inspection takes around 30 mins and then you get the offer. Surprisingly, I got exactly the sum mentioned in the email after the preliminary assessment on the website. I signed the contract and just left the car there. 2 days later I received the money and 3 more days later the confirmation of deregistration. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Fast and professional. They respect the appointment and are generally on time. The price given for the car, considering you don’t have additional costs for deregistering the vehicle, is fair. Mostly it’s safe and reliable, that’s the most valuable quality here

after my dealer - according to my understanding - made me a defense offer for my vehicle, I needed an alternative. because with the proposed price I was anything but satisfied. so just started the trial balloon. recorded all information about the vehicle, uploaded many and neat pictures. and lo and behold - the price was almost 20 percent higher than that of my dealer. but do not rejoice too early, because the information will be checked on site during the visit. and you hear, there can be significant devaluations. made an appointment at short notice, vehicle presented. and: nothing. the vehicle was purchased at the previously offered price. quickly do the paperwork and you're done. after a total of about an hour everything was done. purchase price will be transferred within three days. so giving extensive and meaningful information in advance helps to keep the price in the end. did I get the best price? I don't know. but it is a price with which I totally agree - for a short-term sale without much effort - without several viewing appointments with interested parties and wild haggling I can do everything - but not complain.

Process-wise this franchise provides a highly standardized way of car valuation. The people I dealt with were professional and polite. The price I got for my car was within the range I estimated for myself. The waiting room needs some cleanup, as does the coffee machine. But you are not expecting a barista in the first place, do you?
