For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

We have been going to this garage for 7 years. First with my old car and then decided to swap both the cars in the family with 2 cars in leasing from Mazda. We have always been very happy with all the services. Everyone is always very polite, friendly, flexible and accommodating. Communication is easy since they also have English speakers and in my case helpfully a Romanian speaker. A great team all around 😃 Thank you Christian for doing an amazing job at the last service! 😃

We purchased our first Mazda from this dealership about a year ago. Having previously been strongly inclined towards German brands such as Audi and BMW, choosing Mazda was a new direction for us. After doing a great deal of research, we decided to give Mazda a try — and it turned out to be an excellent decision. After a year of ownership, we are still extremely happy with the car. In our experience, Mazda offers an excellent balance of quality, features, driving experience, and value for money. Our experience with the team at this particular dealership has also been very positive. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Communication has always been timely, and we have appreciated the genuine suggestions, useful tips, and welcoming attitude towards customers. A special mention and our sincere appreciation goes to Herr Huhse, our salesperson. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does, but what impressed us most is the way he interacts with customers. He takes the time to listen carefully, understands the customer's needs, and explains everything patiently and in detail without making you feel rushed. During our visits, we also noticed a few inte

I had an excellent customer service experience with Sven with the purchase of a CX 30 for our daughter’s wedding present. We were pressed for time and he did everything he could to have the car ready for delivery as per our request which was extremely helpful so thank you Sven. I would give a 6 star review for your dealership if I could!

Today, I had the pleasure, to bring my Mazda cx-60 for a check-up. The staff is very helpful and super friendly and opened to help you even if you approach them in English. I still have to test the car the next weeks, to see the end result, but I`m sure if there are more issues with the car, the service will gladly help. I had the pleasure to get as well a rental car, very clean and comfortable. Even the mechanic took his time to talk to me, about my car and to tell me more about what was done. Very professional! I can recommend!!
