Nice staff. Authentic food: I had the mapo tofu, which was properly spicy and málà. I specifically asked for the Chinese version of it (as they mild it down for Westeners) and it was indeed spicy. Lunch menus are affordable, including rice and a small drink.

Finally a proper Chinese place that is not European-efied or even worse catered to German tastes. This place is creative fun not that pricey and fast. Been here twice now and each time is a delight. It’s one of two I found in berlin that are truly special. If you are adventurous and you love proper spice this is for you! Enjoy now we all must tell them to take cards too not just cash!

We’re so happy about this new spot in our neighborhood. We went there for the first time today and everything was incredible. The seaweed salad was very fresh and perfectly dressed. The (vegan) dumplings are homemade and really tasty. As mains I had a vegan braised tofu dish and my partner ate a braised beef dish which was enough for 2 people to eat. Service was great and friendly, waiting time also. We’re definitely coming back soon.

I ate there 3x within 8 days with photos of each one of my visits 😅 Delicious Chinese food, my favourites being the aubergine with salted egg, waterspinach with garlic, silken tofu with egg on hot plate, and the glazed pork belly with sweet soy sauce. I love that they have standalone vegetarian dishes and not only vegetarian versions of meat dishes. The dishes are best shared so come here with friends, order the things you fancy and enjoy together. Some dishes take a bit longer to come (15-20 minutes) but it’s definitely worth the wait! Things to note: popular so reservation recommended, cash-only and they are dog-friendly!

Finally, one of the best Chinese restaurants in Berlin comes back! When they were at the old place, we tried several dishes and got pretty good impressions. We have been waiting for their reopening for months and now they reopen at a larger place. We tried cucumber, sweet & sour ribs, lambs and wonton this time and I love all dishes. Wonton is my favorite because it tastes exactly like what I had back in my hometown. The price is fair considering the portion of each dish and the location of the restaurant. Highly recommended if you want to have something authentic. Btw, they use really spicy chili for some dishes-that's why I love the restaurant so much. If you can't take spicy food, plz let the staff know or try to avoid chili in the spicy dishes.
