Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.
Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12:00–22:00. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Chill & Spice on 030 55523499; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is chillandspice.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 785 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinesisch in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. For directions in Berlin, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

A fantastic little restaurant! We were looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday evening and didn’t have much hope of finding a table. Then we suddenly came across this great place in an interesting neighbourhood, with delicious food and exceptionally friendly service. The food was fantastic—fresh and perfectly seasoned. The drinks were delicious too. Definitely worth coming back!

Overall, an outstanding restaurant. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the quality exceeded expectations. The price-to-performance ratio is absolutely great for everything you get. Friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and a very enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Very good experience overall. Vindaloo was amazing. The staff is also very courteous and accommodating for special requests. Mango lassi was not up to the mark, but not bad either. Will surely visit again. Tried: Chicken Vindaloo, Garlic naan, Chill and Spice mix and Mango Lassi.

Chicken Momos on point, the red chilli paste is not for the weak hearted ones loved it and is authentically spiced. Chicken tikka masala is well spiced for European taste, you can ask them to make it spicier. Palak paneer was well cooked and the paneer was fresh nothing notable there. Garlic naan was probably cooked a bit before the curries, could’ve been served hotter or timed better with the curries being plated. Friendly staff and top notch service.

Great food, disappointing service experience Visited with friends and overall had a lovely time, especially because the food was genuinely enjoyable. We ordered veg momos, noodles, malai kofta, kadhai paneer, butter naan, garlic naan, and a sizzling brownie. Food highlights: - Veg momos, malai kofta, and the naans were absolutely delicious — rich flavors and great texture. - Sizzling brownie was a satisfying sweet ending. - Noodles, however, didn’t really taste like noodles, and the garlic naan surprisingly had no garlic. What affected the experience: From 9:30 pm onwards, the service staff repeatedly reminded us to hurry up because they were closing. We finished our meal by 10:20 pm and were just chatting, but the staff asked us to leave even though their official closing time is 11 pm. This felt rushed and a bit unwelcoming, especially after a good meal. Overall: Food was great and worth trying, but the service attitude towards closing time definitely needs improvement. With better hospitality, this place could easily become a favorite.
