Moved in a few months ago and it's been excellent made real friends here we go out sometimes stay in and cook support each other the shower pressure is weak but you get used to it fast

The tenant moved out on August 10, 2025. The inspection report detailing deductions was dated September 29. A gap of this length between vacating and inspection is unreasonable and denies the tenant the opportunity to review or contest findings in person. Contrast this with the hotel industry, where checks are done on the spot to ensure mutual agreement and prevent post-departure disputes. Specifically, we contested a €149 mattress replacement fee. The provided photographic evidence did not substantiate the claim of damage, especially given the use of a bed sheet. We found ourselves in a helpless position, unable to prove a negative from afar. While we acknowledged and agreed to pay for wall painting, the refusal to remove the unsubstantiated mattress charge was disappointing. All communications were met with significant delays, prolonging the resolution unnecessarily. Part of this village more than an years, definitely it's not the cheapest solution but they are one of the most trustworthy agency in Berlin, they gave you documentations for your residence, they don't leave you after accommodating you, they are caring of their tenants needs but they follow their own rules standard. they should try to get better in terms of how much they charged if you have small impact on property , like skretches wall, but I think everyone living here had his or her own comfortable aspects. So I would recommend this village to everyone also who enjoys being part of a community and having flatmates at the beginning of their life in Berlin.

I spent 6 months in the village and was satisfied. The team responded quickly to emails, and my roommates were nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the washing machines sometimes didn't work, but the team quickly addressed it and found a solution. There's also a co-working space where I can study with other students from the village. I spend a lot of time there, and it's great that it's provided for free.
