Very unfriendly and dismissive staff. I went there yesterday with an appointment because the car door was not closing properly. They inspected the car and concluded that the door lock was broken and needed to be replaced. I was told the replacement part would take around a week to arrive and was advised to continue using the car in the meantime. Unfortunately, this was not possible. After their inspection, the car started beeping every 30 seconds. When I went back to report the malfunctioning warning/noise, I was told that I might simply not have fastened my seatbelt properly. I went back again after the noise continued, they did not even get up from their office chair to come and check the car. I was simply told that there was nothing they could do. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were not supportive, did not take the issue seriously, and were very dismissive when I repeatedly raised a problem with the car. I expected much better customer service and, at the very least, for someone to actually come and check the issue rather than dismissing it without investigating.

We were looking for a tire-change without the 2-week wait, and the service is fast, efficient and professional. The guy at the entrance was very helpful and friendly as well.

Friendly workshop staff, quick and on time, especially during peak tire change season. Appointments can be booked in advance through the website. The team is helpful, flexible and happy to troubleshoot when necessary. During your wait you can stroll across the bridge and get some coffee or food on the other side of the train tracks.

I can not recommend under any circumstances to use this tire dealer because with the safety of people is handled very harmfully. Tires are mounted incorrectly and acted contrary to the recommendation of the auto manufacturer. I was mounted a wrong tire, although so not ordered and not commissioned. In addition, an attempt to clarify the error was simply hung up on me and I remain sitting on the damage. Absolutely misconduct and unacceptable. I'm trying my luck via customer service but do not expect a quick solution.
