A typical healthcare staff who sees emergency room as a place to sleep and get annoyed by coming patients. Arrived there after waking up at 3am barely breathing, in fever and pain (also wrong antibiotic treatment from another careless German clinic). The health(dont)care employee at the desk, who earns his wages on my tax, told me that I should go to HNO because they do not treat simple colds. Simple colds? I guess he used his magic power and xray-capable-eyes to do a quick diagnosis on me without checking anything about the history and no examination. I am no doctor, but as an individual over 30, i do know what is a simple cold, you genius. Unfortunately, if i leave this country one day, it will because of the careless healthcare, and wasted money on them to sleep in emergency rooms.

I would like to thank everyone on this way since i didn't have the opportunity.God bless all of you and many thanks to the surgeon who performed the appendectomy on friday.She's a lovely person with a good sense of humor.The staff at the emergency were also nice and friendly. The nurse who checked everything before the op was the kindest person i ever met. Everything went smoothly and i received proper care and explanations.Not to forget about the anesthesist and the nurses who took me to the room after op, thank you too, however i couldn't talk so much because of the pain and anesthesia withdrawal.As for the aftercare some nurses were nice while others not so much,there were also other things which were not so pleasant but i guess that's how it is. If i forgot about somebody , i'm sorry. Thank you too!

If you are dying and you cant find another hospital but this one, stay home and drink some herbal tea.. its better than dealing with the worst people in medicine history.. There are better hospitals in warzones like in Syria and Afghanistan.. At least they have more competent people who won´t ignore you.... 2 out of every 3 nurses in this " emergency" station are inhumane and they shouldn"t be anywhere near a hospital... Its a playground for young nurses where they butcher people and tell you to shut up about it... In any functioning health system, these people would be gone day 1. Welcome to 2019 Heart of Europe and Human rights.... NEVER AGAIN.. I d rather die...
