About Uhrenmacher Zeitwerkstatt München

Uhrenmacher Zeitwerkstatt in München. Zeit.

Looks like good service. The person at the desk is helpful. Needed to replace an Orient brand watch. As original strap is not available, they said it will take 3 months to get it. Hopefully we get it.

Borderline scam. They lied about repair time (2 months instead of 7-10 days) and cost (110 instead of 60-70) for a simple acrylic glass replacement. 0 communication neither by phone nor mail. If you manage to get there during regular hours they'll send you away with anything but your watch.

Of the Rolex & Omega authorized repair shops in Munich, Zeitwerkstatt is my favorite. High quality service and relative fast completion. For vintage watch lovers a fantastic partner.

Sent my Orient watch for repair from the Netherlands after email contact with Susanna Grasser. Watch was repaired within 1 week and sent back for free!! The service was great and Susanna was always quick to respond. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Super freundlicher Uhrmacher! Very good and friendly watchmaker. The lady paid attention to speak slowly so I could understand correctly even with my broken German. Very professional service delivered. I would definitely come back in case I need to service another watch.
