A truly special jeweler I’ve been coming back to on & on. I used to buy small accessories here, and just had one of my favorite rings freshened up—it looks beautiful again, and I’m very grateful. The team is always friendly, takes plenty of time, and gives thoughtful, expert advice. They’re happy to tailor pieces to your individual wishes, and the range includes both one-of-a-kind jewelry and lovely smaller gift ideas. Dog lovers: my well-behaved dog is always welcome and feels just as comfortable as I do. I just left the shop as two beaming young guys came in—one clearly searching for the perfect engagement ring. This place really has a special kind of magic. Highly recommended!

After getting the engagement ring, we also bought our wedding rings here, and the service is top notch! They even made us the silver equivalent of our rings to try on for some time (as your fit can vary depending on the temperature etc) to see if the ring fits well. This was very useful, as I experienced my initial size for the ring was too big. The engraving is also done very nicely!

The personnel of Jeanna is amazing, super friendly, attentive and full of ideas. We ordered our wedding rings here and are really happy about the result. Very professional consultation and finest artwork for an affordable price. Really really recommended. I later came back with a specific idea for my earrings. The personnel again invested so much effort and time in searching for suitable pearls/stones. And they have found a perfect match. The earrings turned out exactly the way I imagined them. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow to give 10 stars, but they would be well deserved. Thank you, girls, for the amazing results!

I chose Jeanna’s atelier for an engagement ring. My girlfriend has purchased one of her rings from the same atelier so I knew she likes their products. However, I was not expecting the result I got. I know that they are good but the ring was purely magnificent. Exactly what I wanted. My girlfriend liked it a lot and she does not get impressed easily. Jeanna helped me though the whole process - from choosing the right gem, to delivering it on time.
