This Clinic Kept my Daughter from Receiving my Kidney as a Father. Avoid! With support of the KFH München Kindernieren Zentrum ensured that my Daughter of 12 stays on Dialysis for an Additional Year. Permanent Disability! Dankeschön

Couple of days ago I visited the emergency room at 13:00 due to a serious health condition. After waiting for two hours, I was finally called in and placed in a room. About an hour later, a blood test was taken, but after that I was left waiting for more than four additional hours without any update. Despite clearly feeling unwell, I was told that next time I should go to my family doctor, which I found inappropriate given my condition at the time. Later, I was asked to leave the room because they needed the bed and was sent back to the waiting area. I continued waiting until 23:00, repeatedly asking staff if a doctor was available, but no one attended to me. At the end, after 10 hours, I was told that a doctor had come but “couldn’t find me” and had already left. This is very difficult to understand, as I was in the waiting room the entire time, waiting to be called. In total, I spent 10 hours in the emergency room without receiving proper care or any clear communication. This experience was extremely frustrating and concerning.

While certain aspects of the way the hospital is run leave much to be desired I was most happy thanks to amazing ENT specialists and my surgeon (Dr Marlene Speth) who did an impeccable job and took care of me post operation in the most friendly and professional way. I’d recommend the ENT practice wholeheartedly.

Thank you to Dr. Engelmann and his team for the exceptional treatment. During my appointment he took time to make sure I understood everything that would happen during my procedure, and I felt safe in the fact that so much attention was given to my case. Everyone on staff was kind and thoughtful, and I'm happy that I'm being treated by this team.

My husband was hospitalized here 2 years ago for multiple types of surgeries and treatments including intensive check-ups. I am very thankful for all the medical teams who helped him get better. We will never forget the experience my husband been through while he was sick but above all that, the professionalism of every doctors and medical staffs who helped him will always be remembered.
