I was looking for a sofa for the past 7 months and finally found the right one. Ray Gigeringer, who runs the tent at Trösser Marsdorf (from May-September) was an amazing help. He knew so much about furniture, didn't try and sell me anything I wasn't interested in, was polite, and gave really good and honest advice. I bought a lovely sofa yesterday and it will already be delivered this Saturday morning. Thanks Ray and Trösser!

ahm, i think the shop itself is great. nice interior and you get inspired by the showrooms. what i did not like is that one employee followed us from entering the store, across all floors until we finally left. don’t know if this is usual or not, but it gave a very bad feeling at the end. so all good to get inspired, but a very bad notion on customer service

Very friendly staff. This was our second purchase from this company and we were happy with the service on both occasions.
