Excellent - great support at the showroom to view and try different sofas then effective delivery of 2 sofas and a chair to Switzerland including taking away an old sofa. I like that I’ve bought refurbished, and the condition was great.

Bought an Eames chair from Revive. Process was good, chair was in ok condition for the price. Inherited an Eames chair and thought about selling the first one back 13 month later. Was offered less than half "according to policy" and not even cash as advertised but a voucher for their shop.

We were able to see the sofa in a Video-call what was crucial for us to decide to buy it. Delivery was fast and the product is really good! Nobody would say it is second hand. You can notice the product was cleaned and take care of. Very good quality. The only down point would be that the photos didn't show all the functionalities the sofa has, which enden up to be a surprise having an extra feet support. Knowing this before would be even better.

I purchased 6 chairs and unfortunately one of them was damaged en route. Since these are unusual pieces it is obviously difficult to get a replacement but this company did not try to shift responsibility or dodge the need to find me a replacement. They were honourable and keeping me informed all the way they eventually found and sent the replacement chair. I am hugely impressed by this and would not hesitate to trust them for a future purchase. In addition the chairs were beautiful. Well done Revive. Highly recommended
