München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review because it was not posted. I have my first appointment today, 08.03.23. I called in sick 15 hours before and the receptionist was already pretty rude. I still made it early for my appointment at 9.20am today as I was not informed if they found a replacement. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to be available as there was no receptionist today. Mr Meißner realised he would need time to talk to me and ask me to wait. The lady next in line wanted her prescription back due to the long waiting time and they had an unpleasant exchange. Most of the time, he was pretty rude to her. After she left, he spoke to me regarding my appointment. Apparently, the timings I had in my calendar did not tally with theirs. He said not to see my S**T phone and made a printout of the schedule for me. Those were his exact words. He also said he doubt that there was a miscommunication when I made my appointment as his receptionist is very good at what she does. Whether or not who made a mistake, this is not the way to speak to clients. Although they did find somebody to replace my slot, I assumed that normally you have to pay for any cancellation regardless as h
