Highly recommended. Lieven is a great guy and he was my therapist for most of the sessions. This place is one of the best in Munich. The staffs are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Lieven guided me very well and answered all my questions. I learnt not only the exercises but also the a bit of science behind the various muscle group and how it helps us in doing sports. My symptoms have significantly improved with the exercises after the 6 sessions.

The most professional and effective physiotherapy clinic ever! They take a sports medicine approach here (physiotherapy combined with physiotherapist-supervised personal gym training), with a thorough and data-driven diagnostic process. The biggest differentiator here is that they help you learn how to self manage and maintain results, rather than temporary relief through traditional "wellness" approaches. In particular, Joana and Verena have been absolute superstars - they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly work with you to ensure targeted therapies and exercises are effective. My lower back pain is now much better, and I feel less anxious about the situation, as I know how to continue training the right muscles safely at home and in the gym. I have learned so much about having the right posture and right technique when doing even simple exercises. I have been working together with the therapists at Gesund RRDI for an ongoing injury since the beginning of the year and I am impressed with how they have handled my therapy program, the modifications aka progressions and regressions week to week, as well as making the training sessions fun and enjoyable whenever going gets tough. All of the therapists and staff speak English so that comes in handy whenever you get stuck with your German and all in all could not recommend this place more.

I recently tore my ACL and ripped my meniscus, which required me to undergo physical therapy before and after the operation. I am so grateful to have found GESUND Reha Rechts Der Isar and the excellent physical therapists working there. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff is all friendly and professional. Most importantly, the physical therapists at GESUND Reha Rechts Der Isar are outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with three of the therapists throughout the course of my treatment, and each one was exceptional in their own way. The Doctor who operated on me was extremely happy about the progress and surprised at how fast I was recovering.
