Whenever we're in Regensburg, this coffee roastery is a must-visit. We regularly buy our coffee beans here for our espresso machine—usually the 100% Robusta and the 70/30 blend. Depending on our mood, we switch between the two, and both produce an excellent espresso. You can immediately tell that the team is passionate about coffee. They take the time to offer knowledgeable advice, and the quality of the freshly roasted beans is outstanding. Whether you're a casual coffee drinker or a true coffee enthusiast, you'll feel well looked after here. We also enjoy spending some time in the small café upstairs. It's a cozy place to relax with an excellent cup of coffee, and the free Wi-Fi makes it a nice spot to catch up on some work or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Friendly staff, fantastic coffee, expert advice, and high-quality beans make this our favorite coffee roastery in Regensburg. We always look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, coffee here is mediocre (quite bitter and sour) which seems to be related to the regions their beans came from The vibe is good though - perfect for sitting with a laptop

the drink in the picture is an espresso banana. yes, espresso BANANA. they make their own banana milk (which tastes amazing by the way), with very few ingredients. a small portion of milk is added in the glass, and a double shot of espresso goes on top. I’m not one for sweet coffee drinks, but this was SO GOOD. the banana milk compliments the coffee unexpectedly well, and it’s one of the best original drinks I’ve ever had. huge plus, the staff is super nice & friendly. 💛 instagram: @einen_kaffee_bitte 🌱

Definitely the best places in town for a good specialty coffee or to loose track of time. The team is incredibly friendly and beyond knowledgeable when it comes to consulting you for the right choice of beans. The roasters do not only supply me on a regular basis with good mood and a spot to enjoy a tiramisu, I’m also drinking their freshly roasted coffee every morning at home. You can get a wide variety of beans for Italian espresso machines and bean to cup coffee machines - they also freshly grind the coffee on request.

✨️A quiet gem among the city, where you get a very quality cup of coffee. ✨️ A place that I love to go to for studying as the staff is nice to allow it and they have an upstairs loft that segments you away from the rest. They have a limited range of options, but your standard coffee drinks with the option to get vegan milk.
