Bilal was amazing! He turned my shopping experience into something truly unforgettable and special. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was how he went the extra mile. At no point did I feel like I was being a burden or that he was unmotivated. Instead, he took the time to help me find shoes that were not only suitable and elegant but also genuinely comfortable for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. As someone who also works in customer service, I really prioritize creating a great experience for my customers. That’s why it was so refreshing to see someone like Bilal who clearly focuses on the customer’s happiness as well. His dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me. I sincerely hope, from the bottom of my heart, that Bilal gets the recognition he deserves—including a well-earned raise! Employees like him make all the difference.

Wow! This is honestly one of my favorite stores, and it has been for years. The store is huge, spread over several floors, and offers an incredible variety of products. You can literally find everything in one place—from shampoos, creams, cosmetics, bags, clothing, and shoes to homeware, décor, children's clothing, and so much more. No matter who you're shopping for, the whole family is covered. What I love most is how spacious and well-organized everything is. You never feel cramped or overwhelmed. Walking through the store is actually enjoyable because there is plenty of space, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. You can easily spend hours browsing and discovering new things. The prices are another huge plus. Everything is affordable and reasonably priced without feeling cheap. The store offers fantastic value for money, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back again and again. I also appreciate that there are toilets available and places to sit, especially when trying on shoes or taking a short break from shopping. The only areas that could be improved are the checkout lines and the toilets. Sometimes the queues can be quite long, although that is probably bec

During my return, there was a discrepancy between the price on the return receipt and the price tag on the item. The employee initially refused the return and responded with “it’s also not my problem” when I pointed out that the pricing issue was beyond my control. No explanation of the next steps was provided. After consulting a manager, the return was ultimately approved and processed.

Large store in the marketplace in Karlsplatz in old town munich. Three floors of fun with a smaller men's section. Lots of people everywhere.

I found the men’s clothing section quite disappointing , most items looked outdated, poorly made, and overpriced. The women’s section was slightly better, with more variety and style. However, the home goods section was surprisingly decent. It had a good selection of useful and practical items at reasonable prices. If you’re looking for clothes, I’d say skip it, but for household stuff, it might be worth a visit.
