About The nails

The Nails am Laim Nail Salon Landsberger str 301 , 80687 München Tel: 0159/01630392

For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 am–7 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0159 01630392. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, thenails-laim.de.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 24 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded nagelstudios & kosmetikstudios in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

I'm pretty happy with my nails after coming here. The nail tech really did her best to make my design. Even tho the design didn't work, I was still very happy for the effort. My nails feel sturdy and clean after every appointment.

If you are in Munich and your woman needs to do her nails, go to this place. Nice and professional. No English, but no need. Women do understand each other.

Never coming back. I am not sure what have gone wrong there, but at first picture you can see the color and style (without the shiny sticker and the oval form on my length) I have asked to do and at the following pictures you can see the result. The gel color was picked completely wrong - it was way too dark, then the manicure specialist did that without a small extension (2-4mm) I’ve asked. That’s good that the older colleague step up and tried to create an extension, but at the last picture you can see how uneven , too thick etc the nails are. I did the extension not the first time, but this was the worst experience ever. For sure do not recommend this place for gel extension creation, maybe they do something else better, but this is a disaster.

Edit: taking a star away because a different nail salon just took off the shellac and turns out my nail has lifted. The ladies are very nice and the work is neat but unfortunately there is a big ‚but‘. The tools they are using look very old, used and unhygienic. Sadly I won’t go back or recommend it to others
