I’m incredibly disappointed. Tomorrow I have engagement photos booked for my Fíance and myself. I sent her here as a gift to get her nails done. She’s brought to a chair and immediately her nails are clipped off and she is left bleeding in two different areas. The stylist never once asked what my Fíance wanted. Massaged and cleaned and told to leave. My Fíance asks for paint and the lady responds rudely and quickly slops on some paint without drying them properly - so they smear and chip immediately. I thought I could trust the reviews on here. I can’t believe I paid 30€ for this, just for us to go to DM and get fake nails for our photo shoot.

I always trust Tina to do the best job with my nails, however I want them. Would totally recommend them. They can sometimes accommodate you even without an appointment and you can pay with EC card if you don’t have cash! In germany, that’s a bug plus point.

Update March 2025. It‘s called Moncheri Nails now and all pedicure chairs are brand new. Same excellent service but all brand new. I usually come as a walk in and never been an issue but now it appears you need to make an online appointment which I didn‘t have but they still put me down within 1,5 hours. I highly recommend the service! The first time I have been to a beauty salon and the first visit was in December. I got a pedicure and was so pleased with the service. I returned again for a pedicure yesterday and the service was fantastic so I decided to come back today and get my nails done for the first time in 12 years. I am so pleased with the results and the care by my male beautician. The service and care is exceptional. Highly recommended and my place to go 🫶🏼 Fantastic massage chairs and again, all staff male and female are so educated, pleasant and kind. Even the other customers are super friendly and happy to give feedback. Amazing atmosphere
