I had a great experience at the Charles Spa. Everything was impeccably clean, and Tyson was fantastic. He gave me a quick walking tour at the start, which I really appreciated. I first went to the gym and then enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of work. 100% coming back!

I spend a half of my last day in Munich here. It is a very nice, relaxing spa, a had a very pleasant time with massage. Spotless clean facility, great tea, quiet atmosphere, and a very professional personal. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful afternoon celebrating my 21st birthday. First of all, the staff were so kind and helpful. I had one of the best massages I have ever had. I highly recommend Josie! When I came out of the massage, they had a little dessert tray with “happy birthday” and a piece of cake with a candle in it. Not only was that so sweet , it was delicious! We worked out, lay by the pool, used the sauna and steam room, showered, and hung out in the relaxing room. If you are hesitant to book, this is your sign to book them!

I decided to book a massage session for my birthday and spend a day in this SPA. The warmth of the lady from front desk and the master of massage was incredible! I got a surprise treat for me🍰 as well. The SPA was impactful clean and not busy at all on Monday noon. Thank you so much for so relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will come back with my family.
