I had my massage with Miranda and I cant complain! The studio itself is compact and almost hidden in a small courtyard, which allows for less noise despite being directly in the city. It is also just a short walk away from the subway station and close to the city center (Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt) if one feels inclined to wander before or afterwards. Despite the record-breaking heat wave of this month, I braved the studio and it was wonderful. It is smaller, the reception area is very compact but I havent experienced it as crowded so far (I went twice). The receptionist is also very sweet and provides you with a nice refreshing beverage (or warm one if you come in the colder months like I did the first time). There is calm music playing and you get to relax and settle before its time for your appointment. Miranda was very kind and inquisitive, asking about specific problem areas or injuries she needed to be aware of. I got to be in a room facing the courtyard, so I got to enjoy birds along with the provided music, which was lovely! She even placed a damp, cool cloth on my neck, which was really refreshing with the heat. I had a standard massage and close to the end, the meditat

I got a stress relieve massage, that primarily concentrated on the back, neck and face areas. For the intensity of massage I have chosen the highest intensity. The massage was nice and very relaxing but not intense enough in my opinion- that is however a personal preference. I wish more force would have been applied. Otherwise it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The studio in Glockenbach is relatively small, I am not sure if other locations are the same. The entrance/waiting area was very compact. Overall a positive experience and friendly stuff.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is beautifully curated—calm, refined, and instantly relaxing from the moment you step inside. Every detail is thoughtfully considered: you’re welcomed with slippers and refreshing water, which immediately sets the tone. When you enter your cabin, everything is perfectly prepared according to your preferences, making the experience feel very personalized. Eva H was exceptional—caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being. After the massage, I truly felt like a different person. I would definitely go back, highly recommended.

We visited New Soul for massages last night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was exactly as you’d hope. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the masseuses were experienced, attentive, and communicative, and the massages themselves were excellent. The price range is exceptional for Munich, especially considering the quality of service. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! we’ll definitely be coming back! 1000/10
