Loved the service and love my nails!!

There are so many nail salons in munich that are of higher quality. The hygeine is questionable and my basic manicure with polish was rushed. The paint was very sloppily done - very lumpy and uneven. This is an in and out type of nail service - gel manicures are fast and very forgiving with mistakes so I can see why they have happy customers. When I pointed it out how bad the manicure looked a few times I was brushed off. It looked so ugly I considered not paying for the service. At the end I was told I could pay with pay pal and instead of letting me do the transaction in front of them, the woman took my phone and wouldn’t hand it back to me, clearly not trusting me to pay her. I wonder if they would behave the same with someone who they perceived as German.

Brought my daughter for her very first manicure))))) She loved it. Good quality Basic manicure with a little heart cost her (me😀) $45

With a booked appointment I waited more than 50 minutes. At the end it was only me in the saloon after the working hours and the woman asked for a way more higher price for manicure and pedicure than the previous months. The employees seems like they are laughing and gossiping for whoever enters.

Paid 124€ for 2 manicures and pedicures, one for my daughter who did not have polish and one using normal polish for me. The man who did it just put on one thick coat and the top coat which was so full of nail dust it looks like I have a topcoat with sand in it. I mixed this place up with another close by that had a high rating and unfortunately I would not return. They also require cash and do not accept cards. The male staff was rude and rushed.
